Shipping & Policies


US Shipments - Free Shipping and Expedited Shipping Options:
We offer free economy shipping on all US orders which averages a delivery time of 8 to 10 business days after an order is shipped.  Please allow 1 to 3 days for order processing. If you need an order delivered and/or guaranteed sooner than the standard delivery time, we offer expedited delivery options for an additional charge. Fees and options are listed during the check-out process.

We use a variety of shipping carriers and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your indicated shipping address. Most items can be shipped to P.O. boxes, however, if we cannot ship an item to a P.O. Box (such as items being shipped via Fedex or UPS), we will contact you and ask that you provide a physical shipping address.

1. Orders for in stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of your order.
2. When an order is placed for backordered items, we will notify you within one to three business days with an estimated ship-date.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation:
E-mail notifications are sent when orders are processed and a tracking number or delivery confirmation is also provided on all orders.

International Shipping:
1. Orders shipped outside of the US are shipped by USPS Priority International Air Mail and average a delivery time of 14 to 21 business days after processing. This can take longer depending on processing times through your local customs. We offer international shipping for a flat rate fee of $45 USD.

3. Tracking and delivery confirmation can be provided by e-mail and packages become the buyer’s responsibility when order leaves our facility.
4. Merchandise is shipped from the United States.
5. The majority of in-stock items will ship within 1 to 3 days (this excludes weekends and US holidays).
6. Local customs officials may require inspection of imported parcels and assess appropriate import duties and taxes.
7. Duty and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.



It is our goal to keep all items in stock and ready to ship within 1 to 3 days after a purchase is made.  When orders are placed by credit card or any other available method at check-out, your credit card is immediately authorized, funds are captured and the payment is processed.  If a product is backordered or unavailable, we will notify you as quickly as possible to let you know about the delay.  If you do not want to place the item(s) on backorder, we will immediately process a cancellation and refund.    

We also offer pre-orders for select items that are scheduled to arrive at a later date.  We offer this as a way for customers to order and reserve future products or products that may have limited available inventory.  When items are purchased by the pre-order process, funds are captured and processed at the time the order is placed.  This is a way to reserve and allocate the inventory to your order.  If you wish to not pre-order, we are happy refund your order and un-allocate the items so they can be released for other customers on the waiting list.  If you wish to be notified at a later date when the products have arrived, we are happy to do that, if additional inventory is still available after the pre-orders have been filled.  


We want our customers 100% satisfied no matter what! If you're not completely happy with an item, or need to exchange it, we have a no hassle policy.

30 Day Return/Exchange Policy

All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Product must be new with tags attached (such as clothing) or in its original box along with product warranty information (if applicable, such as knives, optics and boots).  Please note that boots cannot be worn outside and then returned for refund.  When purchasing boots, please try on inside on carpet.  Customers must have proof of purchase, receipt and/or sales order number.  



If you wish to return an item for a refund, we will process a full refund (minus any original shipping fees, if applicable) as soon as the item is received in our facility. This usually takes 1 to 3 business days after item is received. Please make sure to insure your package when returning items, as we are not responsible for product in transit to our facility. Providing us with a tracking # and method of shipment will help speed up the refund process.

If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship your exchange for a flat shipping fee of $45 (plus or minus the difference in cost of the item being exchanged). Shipping fees must be made by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard or AMEX prior to shipment.
